Welcome to troo organic hair and wellness studio. We are proud to offer an adult-only Zen experience where our patrons can unwind, relax and trooly enjoy their “me-time” in peaceful, non-toxic environment. Plant-based hair and skincare products are used exclusively.

Our environment has been set to provide the cleanest, synthetic fragrance-free, sustainable space. We strive for the best service to our clients and maintain our holistic policies. During your visit, check out our healing modalities and if needed, ask for a referral to a vetted holistic practitioner in our area. (our fragrance-free policy requires our guests and staff to refrain from wearing anything scented while visiting the salon).

We respectfully ask that children and additional guests not accompany those who are receiving services. Our reception area is strictly reserved for adult-only clients. THANK YOU!

APPOINTMENTS

Appointments are required; if you arrive to find a sign on our front door, please ring the doorbell (TO THE LEFT OF THE DOOR HANDLE) and wait briefly for your provider to assist you.

IN SALON CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY:
At troo, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. It is required to submit your credit card before making an appointment. We ask that you give us a 24 hour notice to cancel your appointment. We reserve the right to charge a 100% fee for missed or cancelled appointments less than 24 hours prior. 

REFUND POLICY: 
SERVICES troo salon does not issue refunds on salon services. However, we strive to give the utmost satisfaction to our clients and if you are not satisfied with the work performed, we will make every effort to ensure we rectify the situation. In the event that you have concerns, please contact the salon within 7 days of the original service. 

PRODUCTS: all product purchases are FINAL sale unless unopened and brought back within 7 days of purchase.
